My Account Has Been Reseted to Level 1

Hello there, I have been playing Apex from the last 2 years. Suddenly I stopped playing Apex for a few months and then came back in April and found my id got reset. I have lost my everything, Help me...

When I got on my apex legends today, all my stuff like skins and coins were all gone, and my level was reset back to 1. Even things like the legends that I had are locked. The only stuff that I have are 2 skins from like a starter pack that I got when I first started the game and everything else is gone. I haven't played since April this year and I just got back on today.

  @Qkuie Can you please confirm the platform you play on and if you had any other platforms unlinked from your account since then?

    The platform I play on is Pc on Steam and no I didn't have any other platforms unlinked from my account.
