I've had several cases open since April 2nd-3rd regarding the issue with people losing items, progress, etc. They've yet to help with the issue. They marked one of my cases as resolved when it was in fact not resolved. It's been months and I can't even open a new case. Has anyone had any luck resolving this issue. I lost some player progress, but I'm more pissed about the 2 legendary skins I had just won that day.
