My Account Has Been Reseted to Level 1

Hello there, I have been playing Apex from the last 2 years. Suddenly I stopped playing Apex for a few months and then came back in April and found my id got reset. I have lost my everything, Help me...

Second time I’m posting this as I didn’t get any help on my other post. 

I haven't played Apex Legends in over 8months or something like that and wanted to play it but when i logged on i noticed i was lvl 1 and all my legendary skins and weapon skins + heirloom for wraith was gone and I had to redo training and everything. I have played the game since 2019/2020 and have over 250 hours on steam and around 90 hours on EA/Origin.

It has now been 4 days ago since I sent a ticket about this but haven't heard anything from EA Help and I don't know what to do.
