My account is wrongly blocked. I can't establish a case and contact customer service.I hope the EA team can help me unseal my account. I have been playing the game normally and recharge in the game. ...

At first, WHEN I was banned, I thought my account was attacked by hackers. However, after my investigation, I found that there were many people in the same situation with me who were banned by mistake during normal play and did not use third-party cheating software. I think your team should look into it. This cost me my favorite and only Apex game account. I have complained to your online customer service for several times, but have not given me a satisfactory reply or result. My banned Apex account cost me a lot of time and money. I just purchased apex Passes and other DLC packs a few weeks ago.

The apex team's ban on plug-ins is too disappointing for players. So many players who open plug-ins in diamond segments do not ban them. Players who really love the game and are saving money to recharge are innocent banned. I am not the only player around me who is treated like this. I really want to give up this game.
