My account reseted from level 500 to level 1
Hello,
My account was reset from level 500 to level 1 on season 14.
I just updated the game, opened it, and boom level 1.
As proof, I am uploading screenshots of my account level.
Please help, because more than 1 week passed since submitting tickets and contacting support with live chat but the issue still remains.

If you look at your level, you will see a big green border around it. You have prestiged and started from Level 1 again, the green border shows you have passed level 500.
This has happened to everyone who was on level 500.
