My account was banned for no reason

So I downloaded apex legends on pc and logged in I never played apex on pc at all but my first match I get booted and said I was cheating which I’ve never done. I have contacted EA and they will not provide me with any help or proof and say the same thing to me which is please do not expect a further response on this matter. I don’t understand I’m trying to switch to PC full time, I can play apex fine on my PlayStation but not on pc has this happened to anyone else?
