Update: I just received this e-mail (https://imgur.com/AMXvaXJ) from Worldwide Customer Experience (the Terms of Service team, to be specific) and I am sickened.
I was not given a chance to defend myself or prove my innocence. They ignorantly insisted on the action taken after "conducting a thorough investigation" (complete bull excrements).
