Thanks NapalmBruh, do you remember roughly the last time you played prior to this? Are we talking more along the lines of a couple months, or a couple years?
I see you've mentioned Steam, but are you able to log in with the same account via EA app to see if there's any difference, by chance? It's good you still have access to the skins and content, but we can definitely pass along the other missing elements here.
The last time I played was around August 2022 so right about 3 and a half years ago, so I don't know if this is a recent issue. All I know is that it is affecting me now. I tried it on the EA app but there is no difference from the Steam one, still all of my skins with no stats.

Thanks NapalmBruh, no wrong answer there, just making sure we have all the relevant details to check into this further.
The one other suggestion we currently have would be to contact support and have them go through that unlink process on their end before having an advisor help reconnect it to see if the issue continues from that point.
Beyond that we can pass this along, but I wouldn't have any sort of ETA I'm afraid, thanks for the additional details.
