My apex account needs unlinking but the icon isn’t showing up

I need help with my EA account I am not able to unlink my profile from my brothers I had spent a lot of time on my account and it just won’t let me unlink my account I’ve gone to manage my account down to connection and seen that both my account and my brothers whose for some reason linked together and the icon where it says unlink just isn’t showing up I’ve asked for help multiple time got answered once and it didint help I need someone to help with something because the unlink icon isn’t showing up.
