My apex account was blocked by mistake

Hello, I had a problem with my internet to enter Apex, so I got DNS from my friend and entered without any background. After some time, when I entered the game again, I saw that my account was blocked and banned, the only reason for this could be because I didn't cheat. Look at my account statistics and you will understand. It's been 3 days since I sent a message to support and it says in progress in the My cases section. Please reply to my email as soon as you blocked my account. please answer me🙏 or unlinked my account

    We're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. I see you sent a message to support. Hopefully, they have transferred your case to be reviewed by Terms of Service. If they haven't, you can find instructions for disputing cases in the article here. Thank you.
