My apex coin card is invalid, what should I do?

Yesterday, in the evening I received an Apex coin code as a gift from my friend. However, when I tried to redeem the code, the purchased item was displayed, but when I tried to confirm the code a second time, I was told that the code was invalid. I have already waited a long time to rule out a temporary problem. What should I do now? I already wrote to the customer experience via email, because I could not find the live chat on the website, even after following the instructions and looking it up somewhere else. I just dont now what to do anymore. I would really appreciate someone to help me real quick!

Typically in cases where a code is invalid, you'll need to speak with the retailer where that was purchased in order to get a replacement.
If this was gifted, you may need to have your friend reach back out on your behalf.
If the code was purchased from a trusted retailer here, you'd need to speak with our support team for assistance.
