My apex wont load into main lobby

Hey, ive been trying to fix this for a few days now, but when i load into apex legends and it brings me to the first screen where it says “A to continue” and the second i press A the game completely freezes. I dont have a custom gamerpic ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it ive reset my xbox one s ive reset wifi in the house ive deleted all saved storage from the game but it still wont work. Im not too sure what else to do any help would be greatly appreciated
