My appeal case just gone from penalty history without any notice

I just submit my appeal last 14 days but suddenly my case just missing from my penalty history without any notice. I tried to log in my game but still can't since it says got banned. For now, I just ...

    I'm in the same situation. The account is prohibited even though there is nothing in the penalty history.
