My appeal case just gone from penalty history without any notice

Hi, sorry for the late reply so my EA ID is hikiy28 and I don't remember the case number since in my case history also don't have it. Thanks for the reach.

I'm in the same situation. The account is prohibited even though there is nothing in the penalty history.
