@EA_cuervo I think they're being told to pick between a local and a cloud save.
Which, @mate50000 I had this happen to me and I had picked the cloud save option. I haven't noticed had any issues thus far and the prompt showed up for me about 5 days ago.
If you would like to make sure that the cloud save is the best option to pick, you can contact EA Support, and ask them if you should click on the cloud save.
I believe the local file is also saved here: "C:\Users\<your user>\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex", so you could back up this folder as well. Although our progress is tied to our EA accounts.
