Hey @slowedsynergy there is nothing that we on AHQ can do to assist with a TOS sanction.

I've unfortunately tried this before twice or more but every time they closed my case without response. do you have any clue on what i should do then?

If the case shows closed @slowedsynergy then it means our team reached out to you with the outcome of their investigation.
Are you opening the appeal on an email you have access to?

Yes i am the account that got hacked is under the hackers email and i cant do anything about that, but when i send the emails i send them from the original email that i created the account with.

Hey @slowedsynergy you need to open the case on the account that was hacked, if our team can see any evidence of a compromise or email change they can rectify this.
