Hey @vavabb,
I'm really sorry to hear that your account has been compromised and that you still haven't been able to fully recover it. As you mentioned that you cannot change the email and send a dispute to the Terms of Service team, you will need to contact EA Help Support for assistance in making the necessary account changes.
Since you can't create a case using the current account, you can create a new EA account using a different email address and then mention the details of the compromised account. Once you receive assistance to fully re-secure your account, you can then send a dispute to the Terms of Service team.
Should you have any further questions, please let us know.

What details do you need to verify my identity? every time i try to make a new account with a new email and try to link steam it says that my steam account can only be linked once in a lifetime, and since i cant access the other EA account then i cant unlink it with my steam.

My husband is having the same issue but on PlayStation. He’s tried playing the new battlefield six beta however a random email that has never been seen before is linked to it and he’s tried to contact EA but they’ve gone silent or not contacting him back. He even has screenshots to prove everything. it’s not just you my biggest issue He’s tried playing the new battlefield six beta however a random email that has never been seen before is linked to it and he’s tried to contact EA but they’ve gone silent or not contacting him back. He even has screenshots to prove everything. it’s not just you also my big issue is what happens when he buys the game? Is he going to be in the same position?

I have had my account hacked in a similar fashion and with the email changed to a Russian one. I have sent 3 support tickets in EA Help about it and had not received a email or anything for the past 2 weeks. But what is strange that on this i get nothing under "My Cases" about the support cases. What do?

Yo EA. You gonna respond to this thread or what ? It is laughable this still hasn't been solved or even addressed. Just another useless rich company.

Sorry about that. I just got mine back from EA Help Support. You just have to contact them. This might be a long text but i hope it helps someone who really needs it.
My account was hacked on the 16th of October, 2025 and after one week, I contacted EA Help Support. My initial email was changed, so I could not have access to it and it said that there was no EA account linked to this email, but I realised that the new email was a Russian email because it ended in ".ru". So this is what I did:
- I created a new EA account with a different email and used this link to open up a case: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
- I filled all the information (I also added an image of the mail I received that shows that my initial email address was changed. IN MY CASE, this email was in my SPAM folder. It had the full email that it was changed to).
- The moment I submitted my case, it sent me straight to a live chat to speak with someone (this might not be automatic to everyone, so if you are not redirected instantly to a live chat, an option to talk to someone becomes available when you submit the case).
- On the live chat, I started the conversation by copying the email that showed my initial email address was changed, and told the representative that it was hacked. so i needed help to reclaim my account. I just followed his instructions of verifying some codes he sent to my initial gmail account and changing my passwords.
- And I got it back. I never got to thank him because the chat just ended.
When i got it back, I realised the hacker had changed my EA ID, and had blocked all my friends on EA. so i reversed everything. AND THE NEXT THING WAS TO MAKE A 2-STEP VERIFICATION on EA.
PLEASE NOTE: I had also made a 2-step verification on my initial gmail account from google before submitting the case because if the person was able to hack your EA account, it could mean that he might still have access to your gmail messages.
Hope this helps someone out!
ATTACHED FILE: The email I was talking about. If you cannot find it in your inbox, CHECK YOUR SPAM!. It will have the full email of the hacker.
