My EA acct email was changed and I need customer support

I need someone from EA to email me. My old account was hacked and the email was changed, and I would like access to my games again.

    Sorry to hear you no longer have access to your old account!

    You're right that this will need to be handled through our support team, as we aren't able to discuss your account details or make any changes here on the forums since these are public boards.

    I'd definitely suggest checking through as many of these security steps as you're able, then you'll want to contact support directly.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

  • @EA_MakoI tried going through this but I got stopped at the drop down menu. It won't let me put in my game platform so I can't get in touch with a person.

  • @SC3E101 I tried doing this but I can't use the drop down to add the platform I play on, so it won't let me through.

    Can you confirm that you're trying the exact steps below, rather than creating a case from another page?

    These steps have no drop-down menu to select a platform, so if you follow them it should allow you to create a case.

    If you're still seeing that, try signing out of your account or using an incognito mode window before going through the link below again.

  • @EA_Mako I was going through the account support side instead of the game support side, and that drop down menu worked for me. Thank you.
  • my acct has been hacked i dont know how to get back into pogo noone seems to be able to help ive changed my password still nonething and i cant chat with a live person from pogo
