@NoBrainMyWay Usually the reason when you get similar FPS at the lowest and the highest settings, is bottleneck. Something is keeping your FPS down. I don't know, you should talk to people with a similar system. I will let you know if I come up with a idea, keep us updated.

Edit: For my last recommendation, you should do a clean GPU driver installation with DDU. %98 usage seems weird to me.
@NervousAndPotatoI tried a clean install. fact is that on earth FPS is very different from 4: 3 and full HD, I did not use the highest settings, I just changed the resolution and turned on shadows. Thanks you too. Gl
overclocking the GPU also does not help, the increase is exactly 0 FPS, in other games, the increase is felt. I give up, apparently im need to take a break from this masterpiece
