Case not created

I got banned yesterday. I don’t know why I was banned. I haven’t used any other programs; I’m not sure if Logitech G HUB caused an issue, if Alt-Tabbing to browse the internet while waiting was the problem, or if I was reported by someone else. There’s no explanation provided—I was simply banned.

I’ve been trying to submit an objection since yesterday, but I keep getting a "case not created" error, and there’s nothing I can do on my end. Even when I look for other ways to reach out, I’m simply directed back to that same link.
