My game account has been reset

It doesn't look like the account you're logging into currently was the same one used on Steam in the past. Are there any other accounts or emails you may have used previously that you can try signing into here?

If you no longer have access or don't recall any other accounts, it would be best to get in touch with support as @Midnight9746 mentioned. We're unable to make any account changes here on the forums, but support can look into this further to help track down and update the correct account. 

Because I haven't used the EA client to log in to my account after using Steam to log in to the game, I may not be sure if the email I initially used to register is the current one. May I ask if it is possible to retrieve my account through the Steam account I am currently using? Can I provide the recharge records of my account, remember the skin settings of my account, or do I need to provide any additional information?
