4 years agoDisabling background processes like Enlyee suggested is a good idea. Can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Apex Legends to see if that makes any difference? If there is something running in the background that could be related to the stuttering that may help narrow it down.

@EA_Kent The clean boot didn't help as well.
I guess ill just have to stop playing apex then.
Why did the refresh rate to fps locking command [ -refresh (value) ] get discontinued?
this helped my game always to be stable.
now since the command isn't working i cant stabilise my fps in apex.
