My matchmaking is VERY slow

Hello , I play on PS4 on Apex Legends Season 10 - Emergence . The matchmaking is VERY slow...........It used to be good last season. Its usually stuck at 'Matchmaking' for a long time , and then the players in queue shows up. Yes I have updated my game

@EA_Atic Hello , I play on PS4 on Apex Legends Season 12 - Defiance the matchmaking VERY slow its usually stuck at 'Matchmaking' for long time i already updated my game and still got stuck on matchmaking i'll play on singapore server and im allow my crossplay any idea what should i do?
