My Origin Account Was Hacked In 2021 And Has Been Permanently Banned Now
Hello Everyone,
So Origin account was hacked in 2021 and the hacker abused my account. Now I recently recovered it and found out that he was permanently banned in Apex Legends.
I understand that the ban should not be false but I haven't done anything wrong.
I have moved to another country and I have changed the region and country.
The account was hacked because of my fault but I have never used any kind of software which gives me an advantage over my opponent.
I contacted EA Support and explained the whole situation they even knew that I had recovered the account but they won't lift the ban.
did this happen to anyone else?
