My PDP controller isn't working... pc

Hello, Recently I bought a new PDP Xbox One controller for Windows 10. I downloaded drivers, tried many methods, but the controller doesn't work... In other games controller works, but in Apex Lege...

@ConveyedRex I would recommend reaching out to PDP support to see if there is additional information they can share.

@ConveyedRex Can you try reinstalling the drivers for the controller?

It didn't help... still only inventory button working... In other games controller works fine and I could just manually map controller buttons to keyboard and mouse buttons via Steam, but it can cause some issues...

  @ConveyedRex Are you using it as plug N play or with the Windows 10 Control Hub App?

    I just plug it in... I have a PDP control hub, but I don't keep it always open
