My sonic boom is missing. Ask the authorities to return it to me.

I purchased the sonic boom bundle on Tuesday and logged on during Wednesday to see it gone I have contacted ea support but they never answer the question and have taken days to respond once the bundle is leaving the shop soon and I am wondering if I should spend another 20 and suck up the loss or wait for another ea support response.
