My username is stuck on PLAYER, and I cannot join any game

@Illyminati68 Hi, when did this start for you and your friends? Do you know if your affected friends are on the same ISP as you?

It looks like you play on PC but have played on PS4 too. Do you see this issue on both systems?

@EA_David I am not using any type of 3g/4g, I am just using my regular home WiFi (Du). All my friends are using the same ISP, and are having the same problem, but if I go somewhere with a different ISP, it works fine.

    I started using vpn as well and it’s working .. my ISP is Linkem in Italy near Rome
