Testing this, I'm hearing that at least one test with a mobile hotspot worked fine, so there may be more to it. We'll keep looking.
For those still affected, is your phone using 3g or 4g (i'm not sure if it's a factor, but worth checking)?
Any other info affected folks can add may help. @Illyminati68 Do you have any info on how you meter/throttle your connection?
Community AdminI've been asked to check if anyone has any other data usage limits, and if changing any of them has an effect. Also, forgetting a connection and re-aquiring it is worth a shot.
Forgetting and reacquiring does not help, multiple tries have been tested.
In the past when mobile hotspot was working it would often shift between 3g (during a storm for example) and usually at 4G LTE, but there were not network connection problems related to speed on my end. I think it may be a privacy issue... Can't say for sure since I was able to bypass it (inconsistently)

So i tried to turn off metered for my broadband connection and it doesnt solve the issue, still stuck..
