MY WHOLE PROGESS

dt9duftmk31e  If you play the game on Steam or on console, did you unlink any of those platform accounts from your EA Account? (I'm asking this because your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (rather than your platform account)).

I didn't unlinked  any platform accounts. Is there a way for a hacker to transfer the progress of the game to his account? because I think, my account got hacked. My heirloom!  T^T

dt9duftmk31e​ Since the progress is tied to your EA Account, they would have to take control over the EA Account itself and unlink your platform accounts to remove your access to your progress, (they won't be able to transfer your progress to another EA Account).

This is why I've suggested checking your linked accounts.

If you cannot sign into your EA Account, you would need to contact EA Support.

If it's been months since you last played, it seems there must be a different EA account. The one you're posting with is brand new and hadn't even launched Apex Legends at all until very recently.

Are there any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past? If there's an old account you're unable to access, you can contact support so they can take a look at getting that info updated. 

I played Apex on my steam and when I saw that all of my stuff are gone, I uninstalled it and then installed Apex on my EA app because I'm running out of storage and then when I opened it and see it's level 1 I came back to play it on steam. My settings on Apex(Steam) is still saved on that even the key bindings and video settings, the only thing that's missing is my progress, legends and my skins and 1 heirloom which is all free because of luck hahaha. Anyway, I appreciate your help, I just wanted to try if I can still take back my stuff. It is what it is, I accept this fate. Thanks for trying to help ^^
