My xbox gamertag is linked to another diabled EA account

I am unable to play this game because on my xbox console it keeps prompting for a change password. and the account it is linked to is an old EA account that is disabled. I received the following mess...

I have the same problem but I don't know which account is linked to my Xbox gametag, I don't have access to the ea account that is linked to my xbox gametag
