I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help fix this here. 

First can you try running through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes? If you're still having any issues after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

ok so i play on play station i deleted the app i reinstalled i changed my dns server to the google one and i will try the hot spot solution in a bit but that’s what i have done so far

@EA_Kent ok so i did the hot spot and it worked for one game and then after that i tried to restart my game and then now it says unable to connect to ea im getting really frustrated as i put money into this game and hope that there will be some sort of compensation for having a frustrating time with this

Can you try setting a static IP on your PlayStation to see if that helps at all? The Port Forward website has step-by-step instructions on how to set this up. Once you've had the chance to give this a try please let me know if you're still running into the same issues.

@EA_Kent it still has not worked i have found that resetting my wifi works for a while but then it goes back to player

Is it possible to bypass the wifi connection and try using a network cable instead? That way we can remove the wifi as a possible culprit.

@EA_Kent i don’t know what that is and im not sure if i can do that if you mean like a direct link from router to ps4 as the router is upstairs and i am down stairs 

@EA_Kent it is not possible for me to hook up a cable to it and i am not sure what to do this is very frustrating and feel like im running out of patience
