Need a refund
I was trying to buy the Lifeline prestige skin on my Xbox One and first purchased the 11,500 apex coins from the currencies store for $99.99, but had $8 with my Xbox rewards. Then I clicked on the $39.99 for 4,350 apex coins and it popped up again with the 11,500 apex coins for $99.99. I bought another 11,500 apex coins without meaning to because the wrong currency purchase popped up without me realizing. Could I please get refunded the extra money I spent for those coins I didn't mean to buy? Or even the whole amount so that I can repurchase?

If you bought these coins via your Xbox, then you'll need to reach out to them about any refunds. We can only offer refunds for purchases made directly through the EA app. You should be able to reach out to them here.
