Need help for EA account verification to be able to gift

i need help from an admin of sorts for issues with my EA account and not being able to verify correctly, but everytime i try to talk to an advisor it says they cant help with this problem

Thank you, but my problem is concerning old emails i can't access, as when i try to enable 2FA it sends a code to that old email, and if i want to change my accounts email it sends a code to that email, AND when i try to add a secondary email it sends a code to that email, i have full access to the PSN account associated with the EA account, and the email on the PSN account is the correct one, so i thought live chat support would be able to help but theres been no way to contact them as on the EA help website everything i tried gave me an error saying that advisors dont work on that problem
