Need to sign out of Apex Legends on Xbox?

Question

I had an ongoing problem with my EA account for years, I couldn’t access the old account as it was attached to an old, inaccessible email. I got that resolved and have unlinked the old account and linked a new EA account to my Xbox Profile, but my old account is still being used inside EA games?

I recently started playing Apex on Switch and want to continue that progress from the new account to Apex on Xbox, but the old accounts still there. Is their anything I can do from inside EA titles to log out and log back in with my new account which is now linked to my Xbox profile?

@EA_Atic&nbsp;thanks for the response, so the levels and progression across platforms aren't cross compatible? I've seen people in Switch Only lobbies with Founder skins that were only sold during the game launch so I figured the progression was cross-platform.&nbsp;I'm happy to lose my progress on Xbox, my Xbox Gamertag has been tied to this old EA account for way too long and I just want to get rid of it but the live chat can't help much as I no longer have access to the old accounts email. I managed to unlink the Xbox Gamertag however and my new EA account is linked to my Xbox Gamertag, but Apex on Xbox is still using the content and progression I made on the old account, not my new profile and progress which I thought would've been pulled from the Cloud after linking the new accounts.&nbsp;

Hey&nbsp;there,&nbsp;@siroregle&nbsp;removing links from the EA account will result in loss of progression.&nbsp;

Also keep in mind console is not cross-progression.&nbsp;

You can do changes here, need to log in with your EA Account.&nbsp;
