Never received my heirloom because of code net error 404

So I am level 268 and I was able to purchase some apex packs today and I actually had a heirloom pop up and then even before it showed the heirloom shards I got a code net error and it wouldn’t let me back in the game for the rest of the week I would love some help and support for why this would be happening

Opening a pack and geting disconnect don't remove the item. The system has already logged what you getting and not depended on your connections. @alonetaco

YA i got lucky and it did the same thing. lvl 126 apex pack

I am level 217 going on season 10 and i have played this game since the day it had come out. I have purchase the battle pass almost every season & yet to receive my heirloom. I have other friends who have started received their heirlooms after 2 Months & creating a new account, so you can see my frustration. Please help me & email me back because I even spent another $60 on coins for apex packs… PLEASE
