Locked Account

I have some problem ,
i didn't play 6-8 month , but somehow my account EA Account has been banned for violating our User Agreement. As a result, you will have limited access to the account management portal. 
But i didn't do anything , i open a case but EA support Reply they noticed unusual activity on my EA Account. 
Did my account has been ban for how long ??
They keep said locked my account for safety , not helping 

Should I play on a new account or wait for my main account to be unlocked?
Please , help
