New beast of prey packs not counting towards guaranteed heirloom

I’ve had the same problem! I bought most, I received the heirloom early but now I can’t buy the rest of the packs and I didn’t get to purchase all 24! (I only wanted Wattsons emote;-;) wasted so much money 

I just bought 9 tonight and 1 last night and it’s showing I have 0 out of 24??? What’s the fix? Loba main here really want the heirloom. Also the Watson emote is sick lol! I was eyeing that as well 

So far no fix I could find- ea support is non existent in my region so lemme know if u find a fix😭 

I also got the same problem. Yesterday it was counting on the store front but not in the items page. Today it not even show the progress anymore.

I'm hoping this issue can be resolved by EA. I would like to get the heirloom as well but am wary of spending the money, especially if it doesn't count. Please fix this EA or reply to our concerns!

Same problem. Please fix this, and the worst part i don't even know how many packs i opened

EDIT : After buying 24th pack, it said "Unavailable" and gave me the heirloom. Hope this helps.

I only wanted the Horizon xenothrone banner frame and I didn't even get it 😭It started giving me random epics and legendaries from unrelated events even though I'm still missing Beast of Prey items..
