New Patch Causing High CPU Usage and Crashing

Question

The new update seems to be causing issues with high CPU usage. The task manager shows that when Apex runs it creates several new Internet Browser processes. I would be watching twitch and on Reddit with 4 processes. However, once the game starts up my CPU shoots up to 100% use and my Firefox processes shoot up to 10 or 11 processes.

I was having this issue before and after I updated my GPU drivers. I know this problem does not stem from my end because I have been playing this game just fine with no crashing or issues whatsoever prior to this patch

I have repaired the game and re-installed it to no avail.

Would love some insight on this issue

Try playing with no additional processes after a clean boot:&nbsp;

@EA_Barry Hi, I seem to have the same issue.... im no wizz on the technical stuff on a PC. When i look at the links it says if your not 100% sure dine as this can harmn your pc.

I really don't expect to have to do this! Im going to have to wait for my dad or a friend to sort this out.

WTF... its like the 5th season? cat you do anything right?
