Freeze → Internet error → Penalty

Since June 9th, a communication failure mark suddenly appeared, and after freezing, a message "Internet error" was displayed, and I was forced back to the lobby and a penalty was applied.

The Internet is stable so I can investigate the cause. I have done everything except initializing the PS5, but it does not fix it. The cause is also unknown. I do not know how to fix it. Please tell me the solution.
