Packet loss only on apex servers

As the title says I get packet loss on apex servers only server with 0 packet loss is us-east (I live in Sweden so not an option for me) I have 1000/1000 connection and have 0 problems in other games but after a couple of games on apex I get packet loss everything from 1 to 20 and its making me not wanna play the game. I have flushed my ip and dns and it fixed it for the day but next day same thing again, I have a feeling its the apex servers cus this game has alot of issues and this problem only started after apex changed servers or changed server provider this season. Please help!
