Next-gen Apex not available in Hong Kong PSN store

Why is the next-gen version of Apex Legends not available on the Hong Kong PSN store? There is a PS plus bundle available for next-gen but the game itself cannot be found. When will it be on the store?

    I tried selecting to different versions of Apex in the game library, but there isn't an option to download the ps5 version, I can only wishlist it!
