Nintendo Switch code 100

I'm unable to login into apex legends because of an error code 100. My switch has permission for ea to take details but it's still not working

    Hey guys nintendo expert here make sure all the time are sync up(meaning time on your switch and time zone on your nintendo account) with when you gave permissions to EA I know I messed with my times when I was playing

    May be irrelevant, but when I downloaded apex on the switch, it came up with the place where it says,”I am the parent... blah blah blah.”, hyphen when I put my details in, it says,”We cannot complete this action at this time.” Why is that?
