No cases are created And Recovery of Hacking Accounts
I made an account in 2020, used it briefly in 2021, and this time I got it back.
After 2021 my account was in the hands of a hacker while I wasn't playing EA's game.
I proved through EA live chat that I am a Hong Kong person, the owner of the account, and the information of all accounts has been changed by hackers
We have provided you with information such as IP, birthday, date of purchase, credit card number, billing address, and email address that was initially used.
I'm the real owner of this account, but I'm BAN for games that I haven't used.
Everything I've done on this account so far is not what I've played. This account was returned and used by several hackers in Japan, Singapore, and Korea, and I think they experimented on my account using some illegal program.
When I got my account back and checked the information on my account, it said "Status_Reason "CLAIMED_BY_TRUE_OWNER".
The live chat that helped me gave me back my account but said I couldn't help with the suspension and asked me to create a new case.
I tried to change my email and proceed with a new live chat, but after waiting 2 hours, the pop-up didn't come up and when I tried to create a case through the mail, the case didn't come up.
So I asked without logging in, but the email reply

But my account is still Banned.
I can't ask for help at the moment even if I want to.
What should I do?
