You should be able to try downloading your account data from this account page.
If you're running into trouble with that or are looking for other options, I'd be sure to select the Data Privacy topic rather than the Manage my account > Banned or suspended account topic when contacting support. That should ensure it's going to the right place to be treated as a separate case rather than an additional appeal.
