No intro sound on xbox one(respawn, ea logos)

Hi.

This is a minor issue, but when the game starts, the intro with the respawn logo and ea logo has no sound. No problem on ps4. I have a normal xbox one and an x and is the same on both.

It doesn't bother me, but maybe the developers didn't notice. Or maybe is something with my configuration (language, country, etc.)

I tested it last night and it worked fine so it would seem to be something on your end @chicozeb.

Honestly, it's such a small issue that I wouldn't even bother recommending most of the troubleshooting steps.

If you want to try and get it fixed I can grab some steps for you but as long as it's not bothering you I'd suggest leaving it as it is.

I don't know if you guys have ended this conversation, but the entire time I've played Apex on my Xbox, I've never heard the intro sound. I discovered the sound on PS4 because my Xbox account was locked. Don't really know what could be different.

@EA_Darko I’m also having the same issue, it’s not only on his end. A lot of others are having the same problem

@chicozeb You are not alone. Same issue here in NYC. I also figured it was such a small issue nobody ever cared to fix it

I’ve had this problem for years. Always thought there was no sound until I played on my PS4 and PC. It only happens on my Xbox.
