No microphone input when using audio interface

I use an Focusrite 2i2 audio interface with a Audio Technica AT2020 that is picked up fine by other programs like Discord and zoom but in apex no sound is detected. I have checked in windows setting ...

    @TheGamesIdiot Hi! may I know the sample rate setting of your audio interface and the port you plugged in your MIC?
    if it the secondary port the game might not pick it up if supposedly the game picks up the Left channel. when the stereo signal level is not present.

    Thanks for the help it was in the second input so without stereo it was taking the Left track meaning but my mic was in the right track
