no respawn folder. gamma too bright in fullscreen.

Fullscreen in the game doesn't use same gamma as my desktop color settings. It gets too bright.  I read online you can manually change gamma by going to   C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\videoconfig.txt      

But I can't find this file on my system?

Where is it?  lol
