None of my friends who competed in the algs year 4 get the badge
Customer service doesn't have a useful solution either

I've mentioned this in the other thread you had posted in as well, but we are unable to determine eligibility or provide badges via the forums. For this it would be best to email ALGS League Operations at algs@ea.com from the email address associated with the EA Account ID you participated with so they can have a look, thanks!
