Northeast servers randomly become 80-120ms instead of 8-20ms

I live in Japan (Chiba) and usually my ping was around 20ms.

Recently, Apex Legends matchmaking servers randomly become 80-120ms depending on the match.

Important details:

Sometimes matches are normal (8-20ms),

Sometimes matches become 80-120ms,

Even the title screen server selection sometimes shows 8ms and sometimes 80ms,

Firing Range can be normal,

DDOS-protected matches often return to normal ping,

Speedtest is normal (8ms),

Wired LAN connection,

Happens on both Steam and EA App versions,

Happens on multiple accounts,

Reinstalling the game and changing DNS did not fix it,
