not being able to play or complete matches

Every time I try to play my game freezes due to server time out, or code.net and has prevented me from playing the game or finishing matches with friends for 4 days. Has this been happening to other ...

I can’t get in to apex it says code 100 and tells me to go to the ea site but there’s nothing there to help

Hey all,

If you've posted about Code: Net or Code 100 issues your posts have been merged here for board clarity reasons. These issues are being investigated by the Respawn team at the moment, there is more information available on the Trello issue tracker for the persistent Code: Net issue here.

For the Code 100 issue, some players have been able to bypass the error by changing their console DNS to the Google DNS

Steps on doing this can be found below in the spoiler tags for various consoles :

PlayStation:

Press the PS button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Go to setup internet connection.

Select WiFi or cable.

Select Custom.

Set IP address to Auto.

Set DHCP to Auto.

Set DNS to Manual and enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

Set MTU to Auto.

Make sure proxy is not being used.

Xbox:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advance Network settings.

Select DNS settings.

Select Manual and enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

Switch:

Go to Home.

Go to System Settings.

Go to Internet settings.

Select the network you are connected or the one you are trying to connect to.

Go to Change Settings.

Go to DNS settings.

Select Manualand enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Since the beginning of December every time I try to start an apex game I’m sent back to the main menu with an error code. Occasionally I can get into a game if I join someone through my friends list but I am sent back with the same error after the game. I had both the season 7 and 8 battle passes and have missed out on a large amount of time to level them up.
I get an invalid token error and I’d really love to get this problem fixed. I’ve contacted my internet company and reinstalled the game and nothing has helped.

My PSN Apex Legends gamertag is unlucky_R41D3R, I have issues logging into Apex Legends everyday, evertime I have loaded the game to the "Continue Screen" I press Continue yet I will get error code 100 and will have to retry multiple times and then still not being able to get to the lobby, this will go on for up to five minutes everyday.

Sometimes when i press ready it will give black screen and then say some problem happend in the ea server and when ask someone about they say they never had any problem like that

Hi I am Wajid Patel and I am season 0 player and now since Feb. 10 I can't login because of code:net error and sometimes throws me out of on going game.

If you don't believe me even look I was locked out of my account for a month and I don't know why you can check I've been back into my account for around a month and locked out for a month
