Not loading into a game
Apex, I'm not getting sent into a match, my teammate Skuxx Life8913 is sent into a match. While I'm stuck in a lobby, this has happened 3 or more times. I'm playing on a Xbox one X, my Gamertag is AceCrizm0n. Can you please look into this
Hello @Legole_RB, Could you please try to do the following:
*Clear xbox cache
Power off your Xbox One by holdiong the power button until it turns off.
Unplug your power blick, press and hold the power button several times to expel remaining power. Wait for 10 seconds and plug the bick back in.
waitin for the light on the brick to change from white to orange and turn your xbox on.

* Clearing MAC adress
Go to Settings> All settings> Network> Network settings
In here press on advanced settings and alternate MAC adress option, press on 'clear'
Restart your xbox

* Re-install the game
Try to reinstall the game and see if the issue is resolved
